Why book direct — and what it really means
When you book directly on my-place.at, you pay 10 % less than on Booking.com, Expedia, or any other online travel agency. The reason is simple: those platforms charge a 15–25 % commission on every booking. By skipping that step, we pass half the savings on to you — and the rest goes into better service, fresher furnishings and personal on-site care.
Best-price guarantee — and we mean it
If you find the same apartment for the same dates cheaper on another platform, we deduct the difference from your direct booking. Send us a screenshot or link by email — the reservation is adjusted immediately, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all six apartment categories and any length of stay.
No final cleaning fee
Unlike many Vienna holiday rentals, we charge no separate final cleaning fee. The rate includes: arrival cleaning, weekly mid-stay cleaning on stays of seven nights or more, fresh bed linen and towels, and the final cleaning. A three-night stay does not suddenly cost 70 or 90 euros more in hidden fees.
Late check-out & flexible cancellation
Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival — even during peak season. Late check-out until 2 pm is available free of charge subject to availability; we confirm the extension the day before departure. Early check-in from 12 pm is also possible for a small surcharge.
Business & long-stay packages
For stays of seven nights or more, tiered long-stay rates apply — typically 15 to 30 percent below the nightly rate. Corporate contracts with fixed conditions, central billing, VAT invoicing and framework agreements are prepared individually on request. We respond to requests for stays of 30 nights or more with a concrete offer within 24 hours.
