Transparency about the use of artificial intelligence

We want to be open about where artificial intelligence (AI) plays a role on this website. This page explains which content was created with AI assistance, how we handle images, whether we use a chatbot, and how we provide structured data to AI assistants and AI search engines. It follows the transparency requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), whose transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026.

Parts of the copy on this website were created with the support of AI systems and subsequently reviewed and edited by us. All information about apartments, amenities, location, prices and terms comes from our own records. Everything published here has been editorially checked and approved by the MyPlace team — we take full responsibility for the content.

The apartment photos on this website are genuine photographs of our actual apartments and premises. They show the real layout, furnishing and finish. Details such as decoration or lighting may vary between apartments of the same category and can differ slightly from your specific unit. No AI-generated fantasy rooms are shown.

No AI chatbot

There is currently no AI chatbot on this website. If you contact us by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp or through our contact form, a person from our team replies to you — personally and reliably.

Structured data for AI assistants

So that AI assistants and AI search engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews) present accurate information about our house, we provide structured data: machine-readable Schema.org markup, an llms.txt file with the key facts, and a WebMCP interface that lets AI agents query apartment and availability details directly. These sources contain the same information as the website itself and are intended to prevent incorrect statements about MyPlace.
