The Summer Special applies to direct bookings on my-place.at until June 15, 2026 inclusive. Your stay date itself is not limited — you can also book for July, August or later.
Early check-in, late check-out and the free upgrade depend on current occupancy. The cleaning-fee saving is always guaranteed. For the other three perks, availability is confirmed on arrival day.
Booking platforms like Booking.com or Expedia typically add a cleaning fee of EUR 50–80 per stay. This is completely waived when you book directly on my-place.at.
Yes — all six categories are included: Standard Studio (37 m²), Deluxe Studio (47 m²), Junior Suite (55 m²), Executive Suite (65 m²), Maisonette (70 m²) and Penthouse (105 m²).
Directly via my-place.at or by phone — the perks apply automatically to every booking made through our website or our concierge. They are not included with third-party bookings (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb).
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate you choose. Our flexible rate allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival — this rate can be combined with the Summer perks.
