The house lain directly at the Danube canal lies at the pulsating Aorta of the city and nevertheless in the middle of an incomparable green oasis. In walking distance of only 10 minutes, you can reach the heart of the inner city with its historical places and buildings.  Directly before the front door, the recovery zone extends the Danube canal with innumerable possibilities to the relaxation – for example jogging- and bicycles ways. Also in direct vicinity to the house, involvements are found at public transportation, for example the SUBWAY station of Rossauer countries directly vis-à-vis – and only 2 stations to the Schwedenlatz (city center).  Immediately around the corner – the Pramergasse serves as a connection –, one reaches the excellent Servitenviertel which one designates gladly as the Soho of Vienna.  With an immense variety of restaurants and bars, expect to see this young and alive quarter of Vienna.
